Up until the 1950s, this lower section of the Simmons Building was a shoemaker's Cobber Shop, then an arcade game room.
Temporarily used for a hair salon, and captured in the video for Jason's Art Studio Open House, it is the only building with multi-colored stained glass windows
Currently vacant, it is an adorable corner we still call the "Cobbler Shop."
Its color scheme is sea foam green, 400 sq. ft.
