Up until the 1950s, this lower section of the Simmons Building was a shoemaker's Cobber Shop, then an arcade game room. Temporarily used for a hair salon, and captured in the video for Jason's Art Studio Open House, it is the only building with multi-colored stained glass windows
Currently occupied by "Cuttin' Up Hair Salon", it is an adorable corner we still call the "Cobbler Shop."
Its color scheme is sea foam green, 400 sq. ft.
