Our very first project, and a large one at that. It was restored completely to house a new business, South-Haven Salon and Day Spa, outfitted with services for hair, nails, tanning beds, and massage therapy.

A major renovation began in 2010 for a new tenant's full-service dental office, with upgraded antique charm throughout the interior and a color-scheme change on the outside.
