Building Restorations

  • In addition to furniture restoration, Kevin and his crew are working to refurbish a series of buildings in the downtown area of Utica
    • 4 buildings, one back loft, one basement, and the Cane Ridge building are carefully being "un-muddled" and taken back to their original state, restoring their historical integrity
      • Restoration activities include rewiring, plumbing, installing restroom facilities, roofing, structural and foundation reinforcement/repair, heating and air conditioning components, interior/exterior period-specific painting, and installation of repaired vintage stained glass windows and French doors.
