Upon further research and investigation, it was discovered the Sherman Building had an annexed section in the front left side ~ therefore separated out this tiny section from the main floor space.

• Utica Dry Cleaning service began in July.

• Its color scheme is peach, hence the name "Peach Pie Building," 400 sq. ft.
