Our greatest challenge, an old Department store until the '40's, that needed to be modified and 'antiqued' to match its older neighbors on the Main St. row.

Previously occupied as a Family Medical Clinic, it is ready for a new doctor's office

• The Sherman Bldg. also houses Peach Pie Bldg. on the left, and an artist's  studio in the basement

• Its color scheme is sky blue, ~ 1100 sq. ft.
